Shipping Policy
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders — no minimum.
- COD orders carry a flat fee of ₹60.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 working day (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
- We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping.
- Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days from dispatch, depending on location.
- Couriers: Bluedart, Amazon, and other trusted delivery partners.
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email once your order ships.
- Every order is sealed and packed to protect the freshness and aroma of your tea in transit.
- While we work to deliver as fast as possible, delays occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (courier or weather-related). In such cases we escalate with our courier partner and, where needed, arrange reshipment — but we're unable to cancel or refund an order solely due to transit delay.
